Why do I get ‘Authentication Failed’ when I try to log in?

When our service does not recognise your login credentials, you may receive an error message that reads ‘Authentication Failed’, this will be either on the website, desktop client or mobile applications.

 

If you receive this message, first, please double check that you are entering your correct username and password. If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can reset it here.
