Can I change the subscription I’m currently on?

Not a problem at all, simply email us and we will be able to quickly get you on your desired plan. At any time you can convert to monthly or annual billing and upgrade or downgrade your plan. If a refund is applicable it will be processed there and then and should be back to card customers within 7-10 working days as an absolute maximum and PayPal customers by the end of the day maximum.
